I’ve spent my life helping leaders grow through clarity, empathy, and people-centered leadership that drives real results. Leadership has been part of my story from the beginning—I went through my first goal-setting program at age four, gave my first professional speech at seven, launched SOS Leadership at 21, and published my first book a year later.
Since then, I’ve coached and trained thousands of leaders worldwide, delivered thousands of presentations, and founded multiple companies focused on leadership, coaching, and business growth. I’m the author of several books, including The Upside Down Leader, where I challenge leaders to recognize their shadow and step back into leadership rooted in purpose and accountability.
My core belief is simple: people are the solution to every problem. And at the end of the day, my most important roles are being Ashley’s husband and Lincoln’s dad.
